If the same account is accidentally delivered more than once.

Undelivered Order

If payment was completed but the order was not delivered within the stated timeframe.

3. Replacement First Policy

In most cases, we follow a replacement-first policy.

If an issue is verified, we will first attempt to:

  • Provide an equivalent alternative

  • Resolve the issue through support

Refunds may be considered only if replacement is not possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

5. Claim Time Limit

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for review.

To prevent abuse and fraudulent claims, we may request evidence or verification before approving replacements or refunds.

False claims may result in account suspension from future purchases.

7. Payment Reversals & Chargebacks

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks without contacting support first may result in permanent account suspension and refusal of future service.
